AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Exaltideias, Lda (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), trading as Luxury Tours Portugal, and we operate this website as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

We will maintain and process your booking data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic signatures are legally binding.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

If any part of these Legal Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
